This level works with the deep structural foundation of facial harmony, jaw balance, tongue posture, nasal breathing, TMJ comfort, and full-body integration.
Level 3 is one of the signature levels of the Feet to Face method. It combines cranial balancing with gentle self-correction of the jaws, especially the maxilla — the central support bone of the face. The maxilla plays a major role in cheek and under-eye support, facial projection, smile width, tongue posture, nasal breathing, and jaw balance. When this structure is narrowed, lowered, or displaced, the face may gradually lose support. This can show as under-eye hollows, puffiness, deeper nasolabial folds, a flatter mid-face, longer facial proportions, a recessed chin appearance, narrow smile, or reduced airway space. This level is for those who want real structural work.
How It WorksLevel 3 works with the body, cranial system, and jaw as one connected structure.● Begin with the body foundationFull-body work from Level 1 creates the base for deeper cranial and jaw integration.● Work with cranial balanceThe practices support cranial balance, symmetry, structural alignment, and release of internal tension patterns.● Add gentle jaw self-correctionYou work with intraoral and external jaw balancing techniques, daily jaw correction practices, and methods to support forward jaw positioning.● Support maxilla and facial structureThe work helps support the mid-face, cheekbone area, smile width, jawline, tongue posture, and nasal breathing.● Integrate body, posture, breathing, skull, and jawThe goal is to bring the whole system into more coordinated function.
This level is not based on forceful expansion, pushing, or breaking structures. The work is gentle, precise, and based on creating conditions for natural structural balance.
Level 3 is created for those who want to work with the deeper foundation of facial harmony: the skull, jaw, maxilla, breathing, tongue posture, and structural balance.
Level 3 is especially helpful if you experience:● narrow upper jaw or a flatter-looking face● under-eye hollows, bags, or tired facial appearance● deep nasolabial folds that keep returning● lack of mid-face support or volume● recessed chin or weak jawline● narrow smile or collapsed facial structure● tongue not resting naturally on the palate● mouth breathing or reduced nasal airflow● jaw tension, clenching, or TMJ discomfort● desire for real structural change
Level 3 includes full-body work from Level 1, deep cranial work, and gentle skull and jaw integration practices.
You will work with:● full body work from Level 1 as the essential foundation● cranial structures and dural membrane tension patterns● natural cranial balance, symmetry, and structural alignment● support for a more harmonious cranial shape and proportions● cheekbone elevation and repositioning through gentle osteoplastic techniques● jaw expansion and forward positioning for function and facial balance● trauma patterns and deep tension vectors influencing body and facial structure● preparatory techniques for facial and jaw release● gentle intraoral and external jaw balancing work● daily jaw correction practices● methods to support forward jaw positioning● harmonization of jaw, face, and cranial structure● integration of body, posture, breathing, and cranial system
Included support:● initial full assessment with a personalized plan● three follow-up consultations to guide and adjust your progress● access to the general club chat● 12-month access to all Level 1-3 practices

REAL CHANGES FROM STRUCTURED PRACTICE.
Before/after images are based on real participants following the method. No injections, surgery or aggressive treatments involved.
For effective and comfortable practice, only a minimal set of tools is required. Don’t worry, everything can be easily replaced with items you already have at home:
Bonus: If you have self-massage tools like gua sha, vacuum cups, or kinesiology tapes, they'll come in handy starting from Level 2.
All these items can be purchased at your local sports store or online. For beginners, most tools can be easily replaced with household items.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Which level should I choose?
If you are unsure where to start, you can begin with our free self-assessment test or book a personal consultation with a specialist.Based on your current condition, goals, and body patterns, we will recommend the most suitable level for you.
2. Why do you start with the body if my main concern is my face?
Because the face does not exist separately from the body.
If there is deep tension in the abdomen, diaphragm, lungs, or internal support system, the neck, jawline, and facial contour are often pulled forward and downward.
That is why local facial exercises alone usually do not create stable change.
We first release deeper tension patterns through gentle osteoplastic body correction. When the body regains balance, facial work becomes far more effective.
3. Can I upgrade from Level 1 to Level 3 later?
Yes, absolutely.
Many members begin with Level 1 to restore body balance first, then upgrade later for deeper work with the jaw, facial structure, and cranial system.
4. I already tried massage, face yoga, Botox, or fillers. How is this different?
Most popular methods focus only on visible symptoms.
Our skull acts as the structural frame that supports the soft tissues of the face. If this frame is imbalanced - due to cranial tension, a narrowed palate, jaw compression, or pulling forces from the body - local methods cannot fully solve the issue.
They may improve the surface temporarily, but they do not address the root cause.
The Mioplastic Method works to restore structural balance in the skull, jaw, posture, and body tension patterns.
Because true beauty reflects functional health.
5. How is this club different from other fitness programs or massage courses?
Our club doesn’t just treat the symptoms - it addresses the deep causes of issues. We focus on restoring balance in your entire body, including posture, jaw alignment, and facial harmony. It’s more than fitness or massage - it’s a osteopathic approach to health and beauty.
6. How much time do I need?
Each member receives an initial assessment and a personalized plan for the first 1–2 months.
The amount of practice depends on your current condition. If there are more accumulated dysfunctions, the first phase may be more active.
Most corrective practices take around 10–20 minutes daily, while full-body balancing practices are often recommended 2–3 times per week.
7. When can I expect results?
Many members notice early changes even after the first abdominal and diaphragm correction session, because these areas strongly influence posture and facial appearance.
Deeper structural changes involving the jaw and skull usually develop over 2–3 months of consistent practice.
If body tension is more significant, the body foundation phase may take longer.
8. Do I need previous experience?
No.
The programs are designed for beginners as well as advanced members.
You also have access to curator support, who helps adjust the plan to your current level and personal goals.
9. What kind of support do I receive?
Depending on your level, support may include:
• initial assessment
• follow-up consultations
• access to the general club chat
• progress tracking and guidance
10. What if I’m not sure where to start?
You can always choose a personal consultation.
There is a quick express option or a deeper full consultation.
A specialist will help you understand how your symptoms are connected, where the root causes may be, and which program path is best for you.
11. Can I join if I have braces, retainers, implants, or veneers?
Yes.
Many dental constructions may create additional tension patterns in the cranial and jaw system, especially if they were placed before the body was balanced.
The method can help reduce compensatory tension and support more natural function.
12. Is it possible to expand the jaw in adulthood?
Yes, but our goal is not aggressive expansion.
The jaw should not be treated as an isolated structure. A narrow jaw usually does not become narrow on its own, it often reflects deeper compression patterns within the skull and surrounding structures.
That is why we first work on restoring cranial balance. As tension patterns are released and the skull regains a healthier, more natural shape, work with the jaw becomes easier and more effective.
The goal is not to force expansion, but to help a narrowed, vaulted palate return toward a broader and more natural form. This happens through structural balance and gentle corrective techniques, not by breaking or forcing the palate.
We do not chase artificial numbers. We focus on restoring the width, function, and proportions that were naturally intended for your body.
13. How many millimeters of expansion can I expect?
The goal of this method is not to chase dramatic numbers or “maximum expansion.”
The real goal is to restore your natural width, balance the skull, improve tongue posture, and create a more harmonious, symmetrical face.
If the palate is widened without addressing cranial imbalance, the body often continues adapting to the same dysfunctional pattern. This can leave the face narrow, flat, asymmetrical, or unsupported, even if more width was created.
That is why our focus is not simply expansion, but full structural balance.
Even 1–2 mm of natural correction achieved through balancing the body and cranial system can create far more meaningful aesthetic and functional changes than aggressive forced expansion alone.
14. I have puffiness and under-eye bags. Can this improve?
Often yes. Puffiness is not always a skin issue.
Very often it is connected with poor lymphatic drainage, restricted breathing mechanics, jaw compression, and tension around the cranial system.
When these deeper restrictions improve, the face often looks lighter and less swollen.
15. I have a weak jawline or recessed chin. Can this help?
A weak jawline is often not only genetic. It may reflect tongue posture, neck tension, backward jaw positioning, and structural compensation.
When these patterns change, the jawline often becomes more defined naturally.
16. My face became longer and flatter with age. Why?
This often happens when the body loses structural support.
Forward head posture, breathing dysfunction, abdominal collapse, and cranial compression can gradually pull the face downward and reduce mid-face support.
17. I grind my teeth at night. Why does this happen?
Teeth grinding is often the body’s attempt to stabilize tension.
It may relate to stress, airway restriction, tongue dysfunction, jaw imbalance, or nervous system overload.
18. I had braces, but my face worsened afterward. Why?
Orthodontics may align teeth, but if body tension, tongue posture, jaw balance, and cranial compression were not addressed, the deeper causes often remain.
That is why some people still feel unresolved changes afterward.
19. Is the program suitable for men, or is it just for women?
It’s for everyone! Men can get rid of back pain, women can enhance their body and face, and even kids can improve their posture and avoid braces. The program is designed to meet the needs of all family members.
20. Can I do the sessions with my family members?
Yes, and we actually encourage it! It’s a great way to improve the health of your entire family.
21. I'm not sure if I can do the program with my diagnosis?
Please write to our support team, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
